The Pertunia Foundation is an organization that is dedicated to celebrating and supporting the culture of New Orleans. Focusing specifically on the parading traditions that are unique to the city, such as the Mardi Gras Indians and 2nd Lines, it is our mission to create partnerships and programs that will ensure that the people and institutions responsible for New Orleans cultural heritage will continue to carry the torch for generations to come.
